Can wood be a good investment? I am convinced that it can, which is why I created the MERIDIANA dining table, whose base consists of two freestanding organic objects whose shape is inspired by the branching trunk of a tree. It is finished with a polished liquid metal to take as little attention as possible away from\u2019 the exceptional top and to direct the gaze towards the beautiful wood. <\/p>\n
The top of this table is always made from a single piece of longitudinally cut trunk, always unique and unrepeatable. The size of the top can be up to 6000x1500x100mm. When selecting the boards for this table, I place emphasis on the origin, the shape of the board, the exceptional pattern and texture, inspired by feelings based on respect and admiration for the creations of nature. I give it the opportunity to be brought into our homes in all its perfection.
