Who wouldn’t wish to have wings, even if just for a moment? Butterfly wings are beautiful and delicate, yet they contain so much power. Their graceful shapes have been admired since ancient times and form the main concept of the KAMUY writing desk.
The top veneered panel is surface-treated with a matte Votteler Holzeffekt lacquer. The shape of the panel is designed to be perfectly ergonomic for work. The cracks in the panel are filled with metallic-effect epoxy resin in the same color as the upholstery inside the drawers. The steel base of the table is gilded with 650 pieces of 24-carat triple gold leaf. The base integrates three drawers upholstered with turquoise suede or Alcantara. The drawers have dimensions of 500x280x40mm, 500x280x40mm a 220x200x40mm.
